Minutes of Regular Meeting held February 16, 5:30 p.m. at the Eufaula Memorial Library. Donna Pearce, Chair, called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Present were: Glenna McBride; Beth Parker, Secretary/Treasurer; board members Sharon Lackey, Deloras Frederick, Jackie Goss and guests, Cricket Jester, Jacob Jester and Rene Beezley.

Announcements and Introductions: Introductions were made around the table.
Minutes of the November meeting and treasurer’s report were approved. (Motion - Beth, Second - Deloras).
Standing Committee Reports:

Posted at City Hall, 64 Memorial Drive, and Eufaula Memorial Library, 310 South First, both in Eufaula, Oklahoma, by 5 pm Friday, March 13, 2009.

This is the poster local artists, Jon Tiger, Deloras Frederick, Jackie Goss and Glenna McBride collaborated on. It was sold during Art Walk Nov 2-3, 2007. There is a limited number of this poster available during Art Walk Oct 24-25, 2008.
Eufaula Area Arts Council sponsors this event with assistance from the Oklahoma Arts Council and the cooperation from the Eufaula Area Chamber of Commerce.
