Minutes of Regular Meeting held June 13, 5:30 p.m. at the Eufaula Memorial Library. Donna Pearce, Chairwoman, called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. Present were: Glenna McBride; board members Beth Parker, Secretary/Treasurer and Andrea Thompson. Guests were Darlene Campbell, Cricket Jester, Nick Farrow and Cryse Burns.

Announcements and Introductions were made.
Minutes of the March meeting and treasurer’s report were approved. (Motion - Andrea, Second - Beth).
